Chef et al. is a casual new england bistro. The restaurant is based on a concept
that was developed by Chef Tom Johnson and his wife Erica O'Toole. Together they designed
a business that relies on the help of others. The phrase et al. literally translates to and others.
Chef Tom has many years experience working in and operating both kitchens and restaurant
as a whole. In 2006, he graduated from the New England Culinary Institute (NECI) in Vermont with a degree in culinary arts.
He is dedicated to providing high quality products always and is focused on food quality
and proper food handling procedures.
Chef et al. is committed to training
staff properly and treating both customers and employees with respect. The concept behind Chef
et al. is that in order to be successful we must work as a team.
